Congress has now changed the name of the Wall Street Bailout to TARP. You do not need to know what TARP means. What you need to know and remember at election time is that TARP = BAILOUT. Congress is doing it's very political best to confuse, obfuscate, and misdirect main street voters from connecting the dots in the 2010 midterm elections. They know voters are mad and they know they don't approve of the Bailout. Don't let them get away with it.
