The 111th Congress is preparing to consider an additional $850 billion in bailout money on top of the 7.5 trillion(see Bloomberg Link) already squandered. Just as they renamed the bailout "TARP" this additional bailout money will be called "a stimulus". If it walks like a bailout and talks like a bailout it is a bailout, Just don't tell Congess that. They think main street is too stupid to know the difference.
